Eintracht Frankfurt vs Wolfsburg
Competition: Germany Bundesliga
Date: 2 December 2018
Kick-off: 18:00 CET
Eintracht Frankfurt have been looking… scary for two months now. They have won 10 of their last 11 matches in all competitions, and some of those victories have been impressive, They have scored either three or four goals in five games in a row now, including that 4-0 over Olympique Marseille on Thursday, in the Europa League, a win that secured them the top spot in their group, and of course a ticket to the last-32 of that competition. They have several players who have been absent for some time now, and it hasn’t really affected them. Adi Hütter is expected to have Trapp, Russ, Hasebe, N’Dicka, Fernandes, da Costa, de Guzman, Kostic, Rebic, Jovic and Haller in the starting lineup. Eintracht finished last weekend third in the table, seven points behind leaders Borussia Dortmund.
Wolfsburg beat RB Leipzig at home last weekend, 1-0, a much-needed victory, after losing two games in a row. Their ups and downs have kept them in the middle of the table, 10th, on 15 points, closer to the UEFA tickets, rather than the relegation zone. Bruno Labbadia cannot count on five injured players, but they have been out for some time now, so that’s no news. Actually, he has the… “luxury” to start the game with the same 11 he did last weekend, Casteels, William, Knoche, Brooks, Roussillon, Arnold, Rexhbecaj, Gerhardt, Mehmedi, Weghorst and Ginczek. Winger Ismail Azzaoui, defensive midfielder Ignacio Camacho, and right-back Jung, all three are injured, unavailable. Same with winger Paul-Georges Ntep and center-back Marcel Tisserand.

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Wolfsburg: Betting Tips
The hosts’ win pays 1.80, more than that I expected, to be fully honest. There is no guarantee they will… throw another party, scoring again three of four goals, but there is no real reason to expect them not to. “Over 2.5 goals” is at 1.80, another pleasant surprise, I reckon. These two combined promise a much better 2.75.
