Freiburg vs Hertha Berlin
Competition: Germany Bundesliga
Date: 9 March 2019
Kick-off: 15:30 CET
Freiburg went 1-0 down less than four minutes into the game last weekend, at Bayer Leverkusen, and they never managed to respond. They stayed in the match until the 73rd minute, when Bayer’s second goal pretty much put the game to bed. It was their first defeat in five matches, after three draws and a win. They sit 13th in the table, on 27 points, eight above 16th-placed Stuttgart, in other words, relatively safe (at least for now). They are expected to start with Schwolow, Kübler, Lienhart, Heintz, Günter, Haberer, Frantz, Abrashi, Grifo, Petersen and Waldschmidt. Coach Christian Streich doesn’t have Kath, Kleindienst, Koch and Sallai at his disposal. The day before the game, Gulde, Höfler and Terrazzino were considered doubtful.
Niklas Stark scored against his own team less than 60 seconds into the second half last weekend, giving (without meaning to) Mainz a 0-1 lead in Berlin. Hertha equalized right after that, and funnily enough, it was Stark who gave them the lead in the 60th minute, this time sending the ball into the… correct net. That was Hertha’s first home win in five Bundesliga matches. Interestingly, they’ve been doing better as guests lately, winning two of their last three, and losing to Bayern “just” 1-0 in Munich. They sit 8th in the table, on 35 points. If there are no late surprises, they’ll start the game with Jarstein, Stark, Lustenberger, Rekik (back from suspension), Lazaro, Grujic, Maier, Mittelstädt, Duda, Ibisevic and Kalou. Coach Pal Dardai cannot count on Darida, Köpke, Luckassen and Selke. The day before the game, Kade, Pekarik, Plattenhardt and Skjelbred were considered doubtful.

I like Hertha’s chances of earning at least a draw.
Freiburg vs Hertha Berlin: Betting Tips
Hertha’s win in “draw no bet” (the only way I would bet on their victory) is at 1.95. Their double chance combined with “under 2.5 goals” pays 2.00.
