PSV Eindhoven vs Barcelona
Competition: UEFA Champions League
Date: 28 November 2018
Kick-off: 21:00 CET
Fifteen minutes before the final whistle three weeks ago, in their game in London against Tottenham, PSV Eindhoven were holding the third spot in the group table in their hands, winning 0-1. Harry Kane scored twice though, after the 78th minute, the Dutch side left Wembley empty-handed, and their mission to finish anything else but bast in the group feels almost impossible now. They are on just one point, three behind Tottenham, who have the advantage in case they finish level on points. They are expected to start with Zoet, Angeliño, Viergever, Schwaab, Dumfries, Hendrix, Pereiro, Rosario, Bergwijn, De Jong and Lozano. Central midfielder Ryan Thomas is out due to a knee injury. Last weekend they beat Heerenveen 3-0 at home. They are leading in the Netherlands’ championship, five points ahead of second-placed Ajax.
So much was said and written about Ousmane Dembele last week, about his… attitude, his addiction(?) to video games, his… tendency to miss practice, but come added time in their game at Atlético Madrid, it was the French youngster who salvaged a point for Barcelona (1-1). The Blaugrana are not leading in La Liga, they are second, one point behind leaders Sevilla. These last days had bad news for them, as Rafinha got seriously injured, and may not play again this season. Barcelona are expected to start with Ter Stegen, Semedo, Piqué, Umtiti, Alba, Arthur, Busquets, Vidal, Coutinho, Messi and Suárez. They are leading in the group, on 10 points from four matches, three more than Inter Milan, and six than Tottenham.

PSV Eindhoven vs Barcelona: Head to head Stats
PSV have hosted Barcelona three times in the past. One win for them one for Barcelona as well, and a draw. Total goals, 7-5 for the hosts.
PSV Eindhoven vs Barcelona: Prediction
Barcelona haven’t won in their last three games (two draws, one defeat). Obviously, they are considered big favorites to win this one, but I prefer to bet on goals.
PSV Eindhoven vs Barcelona: Betting Tips
“No” on “both teams to score” is my main tip, at 2.25. It’s Barcelona that I expect to keep a clean sheet (2.75), but even 2.25 is good enough, I reckon, to avoid taking an even bigger risk. “Under 2.5 goals” is my second tip, at 2.75. I have a 0-1 or 0-2 hunch, not more than that.
