Vorskla vs Qarabag
Competition: UEFA Europa League
Date: 8 November 2018
Kick-off: 21:00 CET
So what if Vorskla finished the game in Azerbaijan two weeks ago on just three attempts, no more than one on target, no corner won, and just 35% ball possession? That Vladyslav Kulach goal early in the second half (their only attempt on target) proved enough to earn them all three points, their first ones in the group. They are third, three points behind second-placed Sporting Lisbon, whom they have to visit on the last day of the group stage. Vorskla played three matches since then, won all three, are sitting fourth in their championship’s table in Ukraine, on 24 points from 14 matches, and have also qualified for the next round of their domestic Cup. They’ve now won four matches in a row in three competitions, with three of those games having been on the road.
With Arsenal and Sporting Lisbon in the same group, Qarabag knew that their mission to finish in the top-2 was super tough. From that though, to losing to Vorskla at home, there is a… significant gap. Attempts were 10-3 for them two weeks ago, but the on target ones were 1-1. They did have ball possession, 65%, but no goal to show for that. They are at the bottom of the group table, they haven’t earned a point yet, and at this point, their most… realistic target must be to earn at least “something” out of their last three matches, a point, so as to avoid finishing the group stage with the worst record out of all 48 participants. They hadn’t won in five matches, but they did win last weekend in their championship, in Azerbaijan. They are second there, five points behind leaders Neftçi.

Vorskla vs Qarabag: Betting Tips
If I absolutely had to choose something to bet on this game, I would try “no” on “both teams to score”, at 1.75. For much more than that, I would risk with “Voskla to win and keep a clean sheet”, at 3.75.
