Wisla Plock vs Wisla Krakow
Competition: Poland Ekstraklasa
Date: 16 April 2018
Kick-off: 18:00 CET
Wisla Plock visited last weekend a team that had six home wins in a row, Ekstraklasa leaders (back then) Jagiellonia Bialystok, but I backed them to leave the pitch undefeated. Their double chance was at 1.95, “over 2.5 goals” was my other tip, and both came good, as Wisla Plock earned a big 1-3 victory! Arkadiusz Reca was the man of the match, scoring twice in the first half (the second one was a header from an… impossible angle), and playing a role in their third goal as well, late in the game. Wisla Plock were definitely the better team, deserved all three points, continuing with their great form (they finished regular season with four wins and a draw). There is a considerable gap between them and the top three, earning a Europa League ticket doesn’t look particularly likely, but, I repeat, they are in great form, showing their best possible side in the last matches.
Wisla Krakow were lucky to avoid defeat last weekend at Sandecja Nowy Sacz. They hardly visited the hosts’ box, they had… half a real shot on target, while Sandecja missed three good-good chances to score. They stayed at a goalless draw, a result good enough for Wisla to finish fourth, which, in all honesty, feels like a compliment to them, if you’ve followed them through the season, and remember the many games (not just “few”, but “many”), in which they were anything from “poor” to downright “bad”. Not that they didn’t have their good days as well, they did finish fourth after all, but my overall feeling is that if THIS Wisla Krakow finished fourth in regular season, it tells you something about the league’s level.

Wisla Plock vs Wisla Krakow: Betting Tips
Wisla Plock’s win pays well enough, 2.30, to avoid looking elsewhere. Their double chance at 1.36 is good enough only to those who… “collect” lower odds, that have awesome chances of coming good.
